2SER’s Eleanor Godley spoke to Alice Starr from Loop Growers Farm in Draper, Queensland, about how she and her partner Phil Garozzo collect food waste from local cafes and turn that into compost which helps them grow their produce to sell to those businesses, thus not only reducing food waste but also reducing their environmental footprint.
