Making Hope Tangible

Chronic illnesses are becoming increasingly common around the world, in fact around 50% of Australians are living with one.

After recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome Jami Emerson, CEO and founder of Chronic Hope, became inspired to raise awareness and make a difference in the lives of those experiencing chronic illness. Now, she’s aiming to make hope tangible through her lifestyle brand Port of Hope.

Fill in Drive presenter Oscar Byrne spoke with Jami Emerson about the importance of hope for those living with chronic illness.
