The Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (SDA) is seeking compensation on behalf of more than 250,000 current and former McDonald’s workers across Australia.

The wage theft claims could cost McDonald’s $250 million. According to the SDA, McDonald’s have been denying their workers 10 minute paid breaks, an allegation that McDonald’s denies.
