There’s no doubt the past year-and-a-bit has been a pretty chaotic time – bushfires, a pandemic, and now widespread flooding. During all this uncertainty, many people have turned to delivery services like meal boxes in order to secure their food. But with road and border closures, social distancing and wild weather – how do these boxes still manage to reach customers? We ask our guest Bill Dalgliesh, a logistics planner.
