Medical negligence leading to women getting misdiagnosed breast cancer

A common test for Breast Cancer that women can get is a Triple Test that includes a Breast Exam, a Mammogram and Biopsy.
More and more women however are found to be subject to medical negligence with many medical professionals not recommending their patients go further than a breast exam.
Situations like these can have dire consequences for the 1 in 8 women likely to be diagnosed.
