Monday Daily Gig Guide 21/06/21

Here’s what you have to look forward to this week, go on get ya local live music fix! It’s good for the soul xx 

Harlequin Alley W/ Doe and the Scapegoat and Telopia @ Waywards Pop Up Gig – 8 pm 

First up this week on Thursday night local inner west rockers Harlequin Alley will be gracing the Waywards pop up stage. The group present a classic rock n roll drive that incorporates elements of Dance, Jazz and Pop. There’s no doubt it’ll be a night to get your dancing shoes on. The Doe and the scapegoat along with Telopia will also be playing on the night, a truly action-packed evening of live music is on the cards. 


Bliss w/ Maisie’s Vacation @ Vic on the Park – 10pm

On Saturday Female Dream pop group Bliss will be playing at one of Oscar and Jarred’s favourite venues, the VIC on the Park in Marrickville. Bliss has a sound that seamlessly seeps into your earholes with swirly guitar melodies and head-bopping choruses, you won’t want to miss this show and it’s free so you have no excuse for not heading down. Supporting Bliss will be Masisie’s Vacation, a group that presents the best in psychedelic riffs and shoegaze sounds. 


Tim Ayre @ Waywards – 7 pm 

To close off a stellar week of live music is an artist that Oscars listened to every single day for the past week, Mr Tim Ayre, playing at Waywards this Saturday. Ayres music has the ability to transport you straight to a sunny Californian boardwalk, with dreamy synths and hypnotising bass lines, it’s the perfect remedy for a Saturday winter evening.
