Monday Daily Gig Guide

Oscar and Jarred of the Monday Daily Gig Guide discussed seeing Sydney Shoegaze rockers Peel in the week gone past and the exciting week of live music people can look forward to this week!

The Moving Stills – 26/3

First up this week we have one of Oscars favourite bands, coastal indie rockers, the Moving Stills, who have a handful of tickets left to their early show, on at 6:30pm at this Friday at the famous Lansdowne hotel. Oscar was lucky enough to have a chat with Tom the lead singer and the band’s guitarist Mike.

That’ll be a belter of a show, the Moving Still are a band that deliver rock sensibilities with catchy pop like riffs and hooks with ease.

The Lazy Eyes – 27/3

Next up we have the young sydney psych rockers the Lazy Eyes playing an all ages show at Mary’s underground in circular quay at 2pm as part of ‘Lazy Fest’, the event is for under 18’s so if you are under 18 and you’ve been itching to go to a show than grab a ticket, the lazy eyes draw heavy influence from other Australian psych bands like king gizz and the murlocks.
