Moon Colonisation: Will It Be Possible?
The colonisation of the moon has been an idea that humans have thought about as far back as the mid 17th century. Since the advancements of science and technology have led to the discovery of the Lunar Poles and Lunar water, more significant proposals of human and industrial settlements on the moon have been made in recent years. Recently, Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, declared it necessary for humans to leave earth and migrate to our natural satellite. Speaking at the Space Development Conference in Los Angeles, Bezos said that moving industrial activity off the earth would be the only way to protect humanity and allow us to keep growing.
