On the 13th of May, Peter Dutton introduced the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Amendment Bill 2020. The bill allows Australia’s intelligence agency to question children as young as 14 without legal representation and enables tracking of individuals without a warrant, in what some a calling one more step towards a totalitarian state.
