Movie Reviews with Michael Jones
Two movies yearning for your hard-earned cash, Bad Moms 2 and Three Summers.
Almost two months till Christmas and films about Christmas are already surfacing.
The film Bad Moms 2 opens today. Directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore and the killer female cast includes Mila Kunis (Amy), Kristen Bell (Kiki) and Kathryn Hahn (Carla), all back for more comedy fun from the first film.
The all-star female film revolves around mother’s Amy, Kiki and Carla wanting to prepare the perfect Christmas for their children. However, it becomes a battle between the mothers who have different ideas about how Christmas should be done.
Moving away from Christmas, the film Three Summers is an Australian Romantic comedy written and directed by Ben Elton it follows the three year journey of a fictional summer music festival called ‘Westival’.
Two musicians (played by actress Rebecca Breed and actor Robert Sheehan) meet and fall in love over the three years. The two actors have great chemistry, however the comedy comes from the other actors such as Magda Szubanski.
