NAIDOC Week at Rouse Hill House
Australia is Celebrating NAIDOC Week from coast to coast – as of today (07/07/19) till next Sunday the 14 of July – offering Australians the ability to participate in a wide range of activities, celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Indigenous Australia and Torres Strait Islander people. Sydney Living Museum is building upon last year’s theme; ‘because of her, we can – celebrating our women’. A myriad of cultural activities will take place at Rouse Hill House in Parramatta. Jess spoke with Hayden Walsh, indigenous producer at Sydney Living Museum about the up-coming event at Rouse Hill House on Sunday (14/07/19).
