NAPLAN’s Declining Literacy Results

NAPLAN results for this year have seen students achieve the lowest writing grades since the tests begun back in 2008. One in five year nine students is failing to reach the national benchmark. So why has this happened? And with a shuffling cabinet, will we see a change in our national education system?
