NDIS – What Constitutes Support?

Late last year, recommendations from the Disability Royal Commission and the National Disability Insurance Scheme review were released. Last month, the Government drafted a new bill for the NDIS that aims to transform the scheme. Among the changes, the bill introduces a definition of what constitutes ‘support’, with some surprising exclusions, among them white goods.
