NDIS Support workers are being underpaid by a number of providers who claim full NDIS funding and misclassify to pay workers less than what they’re owed, according to the Australian Services Union.

The ASU have brought the case forward to the Fair Work Commission to amend the award wage system to ensure pay integrity across the sector.
