News broke last week of the Medicare details of countless Australians being up for sale online. A dark web vendor has access to the full Medicare card details of any Australian on request  and is selling them for  around $30 each  This  breach that has been labelled an “internet catastrophe”. This incident is just another in a string of cyber security issues facing the australian government.  We were joined by  Information security and Cyber Security Expert and PhD Candidate at Charles Sturt University Georg Thomas about this pressing issue.
