New campaign highlights harmful gender stereotypes in Australian ads
Women’s Health Victoria has launched a new campaign under their Shequal initiative, hoping to highlight and challenge harmful gender stereotypes in advertising
The video titled ‘Commercial Breakdown,’ features well-known comedians Alex Lee and Lewis Garnham, who call out the harmful messages in recent Australian ads, and the social impact they can have.
