New laws make employers responsible for preventing sexual harassment in workplaces

Last year, new legislation came into force placing responsibility on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
The new laws give the Human Rights Commission (HRC) the power to investigate whether businesses and employers are taking proactive steps to make workplaces safer.
