New P Plater Laws: How will they affect us?
From 1 December, P-plate licence holders in NSW will be banned from any use of a mobile phone while driving. This includes texting, talking which would seem to make sense safety wise. But it goes even further with the ban of hands-free through a bluetooth system in the car, the ban of music and the ban of maps applications. The Daily was spoke to Dr Bridie Scott-Parker, Leader of the Adolescent Risk Research Unit based at the University of the Sunshine Coast to answer our questions
