“New South”: Hazelhurst Arts Centre’s Latest Exhibition on the Paintings of Southern Australia
Now, everyone knows what South Australia is. But what about Southern Australia? Well, the Hazelhurst Arts Centre located in South Sydney’s Sutherland Shire have set out to showcase the Southern Australian identity in their newest exhibition “New South: Recent paintings from Southern Australia”.
Running until the 8th of September, the exhibition is showcasing some of the best painters from our nation’s bottom half. Friday Daily host Eleanor Godley was joined by Hazelhurst Arts Centre Director Sebastian Goldspink to talk about the new exhibition.
