New Study Shows Misogynistic Tweets Correlate With Violence Against Women
Whilst social media can be a fantastic tool for the freedom of expression, it also provides a platform for hate speech, including misogyny. A new study from UNSW has found areas with a relatively greater amount of misogynistic tweets have higher incidences of domestic and family violence.
