New Techniques Can Reveal Cancer With Finger Prick Test
A group of Australian scientists from the University of NSW have discovered a new diagnostic technique, using gold nanoparticles making cancer detection faster and cheaper. Scientists and researchers will now be able to detect very low levels of microRNAs connected to cancerous tumours and metastases, in small volumes of blood. With only a pin prick on your finger doctors and scientists will be able to determine if cancer related microRNAs are present.
