A New Tool to Combat Cyber Bullying
Cyber bullying is something that young people and many schools across Australia are struggling with. Earlier this month, a high school in Newcastle suspended over 50 students for alleged cyber bullying. But instead of looking at preventing cyberbullying from happening, can we harness the power of technology to help us tackle the issue?
Reword is a new program that’s free and available for everyone to download. It was created by headspace and it hopes to change the way cyber bullying is handled.
Vikki Ryall is the head of clinical practise at headspace and she joined us today for more on this new technology.
