No longer the ‘Healthy Choice’?

Fruit juice has often been a healthy drink you squeeze in for another serve of fruit to your kids diet. Many brands have taken to this with child targeted packaging and advertising.  However, many health experts are claiming this previous ‘healthy choice’ is no longer so with evidence that some glasses of juice can have over 5 teaspoons of sugar in them. The Conversation conducted a research panel asking 5 health professionals whether juice should be included in a child’s diet. 4 of them said no. One of these 4 professions is Nutritionist Clare Collins who joined to talk about this.
