NSW BUDGET Western Sydney
The New South Wales Government announced their budget yesterday with more than $1 billion dollars announced for the creation of Bradfield City Centre, the new city to be situated near Bringelly in Sydney’s south-west. Bradfield is set to be Sydney’s third CBD with the government announcing it will create 200,000 new jobs across theT Western Parkland City.
There has been criticism that Western Sydney isn’t the big winner of this state budget with cost-of-living expenses and road tolls being singled out by the opposition and unions.
We were joined by Dr Andy Marks, the director of the Centre for Western Sydney at Western Sydney University.
