Did you know that pure dingoes still roam across NSW? A new study has found “almost all wild dogs in NSW are dingoes or dingo-dominant hybrids” which squashes previous myths that pure dingoes are extinct in NSW. Wild dogs and dingoes are classified as a pest in NSW because of their threat to livestock and pets. Researchers are calling for a better balance between species management conservation.
