NSW Drug Laws Under Scrutiny
The New South Wales Government is known for its zero tolerance approach to driving under the influence of drugs. However those laws have now been questioned, as a magistrate acquitted a man who tested positive for cannabis he had smoked nine days before he was pulled over. So what does this mean for New South Wales drivers? We spoke to Dr Alex Wodak, President of the Australian Drug Law Reform Foundation.
