Emma Hurst MP was the first female member of parliament and third elected member of parliament to represent the Animal Justice Party.

Emma is an activist for a number of initiatives focused on ending cruelty to animals, including Nup To The Cup, an alternative event for people who want to have a good time on Melbourne Cup Day without supporting animal cruelty.
