Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: What is it really?
An anxiety disorder that we often hear about but aren’t fully aware of is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, otherwise known as OCD. There are many misconceptions that exist surrounding the mental illness. Sometimes OCD is reduced to the simple desire to be an organised person, when in reality, it is a disorder that can interfere and impact on a person’s lifestyle.
