How many homeless people do you see on your way to work? Do you ever wonder what life would be like for them? No guaranteed source of food, shelter and something you might not think of – clean clothes!
Well two young men set out to change that and as a result were awarded Young Australians of the Year on Sunday Night.
Lucas Patchett and Nicholas Marchesi run Orange Sky Laundry which began in QLD but now boasts activity across three states. We spoke to Lucas about his work with the homeless.
