Contemporary society has become addicted to a modus operandi of convenience, a way of life underpinning corporate consumerism.  When it comes to basic items such as food, the logistics of catering to our needs has a dark underbelly, a set of circumstances where our basic necessities are met by energy intensive supply chains.  However, there’s a rising tide of citizens taking matters into their own hands, facilitating programs, where food production is localised.  Jess spoke with Jacqui from the Panania Free Rangers about sustaining local food production in urban areas.
