Parade – the Musical

Are you looking for a musical more on the tragic side?

Parade is an award-winning production based the true story of Leo Frank, a jewish man put on trial for the murder of a 13-year-old girl. Set in Atlanta, Georgia in the early 1900s, this show examines the racial tensions and discrimination in these communities. With book by Alfred Uhry and music by Jason Robert Brown, Parade offers a gut-wrenching tale that is a timely reminder for us all.

Eleanor chats with Aaron Robuck about his role as Leo Frank as well as looking at the importance of art challenging its audience.
