24 years is a long time in anyone’s life, and for the members of the band, Peabody, it’s certainly a long time to be hanging with other guys making music. The band, which is being described as a science experiment, is the ultimate zeitgeist for the 90’s indie scene: raw, punchy and though provoking, yet dipped in that casual cool. 

Despite a mini public hiatus, Peabody have never truly been gone; they’ve just been working overtime, perfecting their craft. And the proof is in the pudding: their brand new album, A Redder Shade of Rust, is out this Friday.
