This weekend, Perth will host ‘Songs for Freedom‘ to celebrate country and peace.

It’s a music event where the community of Roebourne has written and composed more than 100 songs in Ieramugadu over the last 12 years, and workshops about songwriting started because of an Aboriginal death in custody.

The event will show the artistry the community in West Pilbara has to offer.
