For a long time the humble New Zealand bakery has been a staple of the New Zealand diet. From the meat pie to custard slices (vanilla slices in Australia) a good bakery is worth the visit. So much so that comedian, sports presenter and breakfast radio announcer Tim Provise made a show about it.
