This Saturday, 20 Sydney indie game developers will be bringing their creations – video games, card games, roleplaying games and board games alike – together for the Play Fare showcase.

From 1pm – 11pm this Saturday, 2nd March, these games will be on proud display and free to play for anyone who comes along. There will also be a selection of Mountain Goats craft beer on offer for you to enjoy.

Sam Baran spoke to Meghann O’Neill, video game curator, about what you might expect to see at the event and what goes into being an indie game developer.
