More police may not be the answer
Do we have enough police in Australia? We spend more than $10 billion each year on police services, and the question now is, should we be spending more, or are there more effective ways to combat crime?
Sam Baran spoke with Professor Rick Sarre from the University of South Australia about the dilemma. Sam started by asking how the previous increase in police has affected crime rates in Australia.
