The upgrading of bush fire warnings to catastrophic across NSW is making the weather forecasts top of mind for all. Some areas have already been hit hard by the fires, with several communities reduced to ash in the last few days. One area that’s still under threat are the areas around Port Macquarie, including Taree to the south and Kempsey to the north.
