This year, the Premier’s Award for Building a Strong Economy in New South Wales went to the Regional Maintenance Director of Roads and Maritime Services John Dinan for championing gender equality. 

Mr Dinan worked with his team to revolutionise female recruitment in roads and transport in regional Australia.
