‘Professional beggars’ arrested in Melbourne
Last week, Victorian police arrested seven people accused of ‘professional begging’ on the streets of Melbourne.
Coming to Australia on China on tourist visas, the group’s actions have in some parts of the country who largely see them as scammers.
