Recent high profile sexual harassment cases such as the Harvey Weinstein scandal and subsequent Me Too movement, have brought to light the exploitative use of Non-disclosure agreements to silence the victims of these cases. Because of this, there are calls in Australia to outright ban the use of NDAs in these cases so that the perpetrators can be brought to justice. Professor Maria O’Sullivan from Monash University joined us to talk more about this.
