Quebec Terrorist Attack: What Do We Know So Far?
Yesterday, the world grew grim to the devastating news that six people have been killed and eight injured at a mosque in Québec City, Canada in a shooting that has been denounced as a terrorist attack. The Canadian prime minister, Justin Trudough has come out to make a statement expressing his anger about the news and expressing that “we condemn this terrorist attack on Muslims in a centre of worship and refuge,” The question lies with who is responsible for the attack and what can be done to prevent attacks like this from occurring in the future? We were joined by Associate Professor Wayne Reynolds, at School of Humanities and Social Science at University of Newcastle to discuss the developing story of the terrorist attack in Canada.
