For fans of Phoebe Bridgers and Adrianne Lenker, trans woman and singer-songwriter jasmine.4.t is Saddest Factory Records’ newest recruit.

Her debut album ‘You Are The Morning’ is a testament to queer friendship and community, and all the ways queer people represent “a fresh start, new days which are beautiful and cosmic. Formed amidst Jasmine’s personal upheaval and coming out period, the album explores the lows of divorce and homelessness, as well as the highs of T4T love.

‘You Are The Morning’, produced by Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus, was recorded over 12 days in what is said to have been an extremely collaborative and emotional process.

The raw emotional and personal nature of these stories has allowed Jasmine’s musicianship and lyricism to shine in this stunning debut.

She sat down with fellow Jas from Dream State to chat all about being signed to Saddest Factory, falling in love and her admiration of Adrianne Lenker.
