Racism, sexism, hazing: Controversy once again surrounds St. Andrews College `

It was announced that the University of Sydney residential College St. Andrews will investigate fresh allegations of misconduct two years after a landmark review found a high incidence of sexual violence and need for cultural change on campus.
Although the university implemented the Broderick review’s full recommendations, very little has changed, with the University newspaper Honi Soit reporting allegations of drunken behaviour including vomiting and defecating in public spaces and hazing incidents at the residential.
Former women’s officer at the University of Sydney and editor of the Student Paper; Honi Soit, Madeline Ward joined the Daily to discuss St. Andrews and the controversy that surrounds it.
