Everyone has a Regurgitator story. Whether it’s from sweating it up in a Livid mosh pit in 1996, seeing them on tour with the likes of TISM, Custard or Helmet or taking their children down to enjoy their POGOGOSHOW. They’re a band that has just always been there, so there’s little wonder that their 25th year is being celebrated with a massive Australian tour and release of a greatest-hits album.

The Quarter Pounder tour just kicked off last weekend and it will come around to Sydney in early November. Bassist, vocalist, artist and all-round Australian music legend, Ben Ely joined Mick on the phone.
