The latest IPCC -the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change – report was released last week and includes a chapter about the climate change impacts, risks, and vulnerability in Australia and New Zealand. The 6th Assessment Report also discusses adaptation and resilient development. So, what does it say? And what does it all mean?
