Collector Mark Iaria has found the Holy Grail of Australian Rock n’ Roll treasures.

No, not Angus Young’s school shorts, but Lee Gordon’s long-lost 1959 film titled “Rock n’ Roll”. The film features a cavalcade of performances from Rock n’ Roll royalty including Johnny O’Keefe, The Delltones, Lonnie Lee, Warren Williams, The Crescents, and, U.S pop idol, Fabian. Mark has restored the 35mm film and is now making it his mission to screen it in cinemas across Australia.

Mark joined Danny Chifley on 2SER Breakfast to discuss this remarkable piece of Rock n’ Roll history.
