The Resurgence of Vinyl Records
Tomorrow sees the first Newtown Record Fair being held at the Bank Hotel. The fair is set to be a monthly event that brings vinyl sellers and enthusiasts together to buy and sell records and share the mutual passion for music. With vinyl sales having grown 260% since 2009, events such as this one play an important role in growth of the format. Lead Organiser of the fair, Tim Morris, joined us on The Daily this morning to discuss the fair and the rise in popularity that vinyl has seen in recent years.
