Rethinking prisons to drop reoffending rates

Last year there were 26,163 people serving sentences in Australian prisons.

Around 90% of these people will return to the community within ten years. According to current data, close to half of these inmates that are released will return to prison within two years.

Joining us now to discuss is Rohan Ludlam, a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at ‘Designing Out Crime’.
