Reverse Mentoring Is Reversing Expectations About Workplace Culture

Ever heard of the phrase ‘can’t teach an old dog new tricks’? Well there’s a new workplace trend proving that wrong (though it’s not old dogs we’ll be talking about!) Reverse mentoring is when a younger worker shares their experiences with an older worker. It’s almost like that movie The Intern with Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, if you’ve ever seen it.

The Daily spoke to Dr Julie Nyanjom, Lecturer of Business and Law from Edith Cowan University, about reverse mentoring in workplaces.
