The Rising Tension Between North Korea and U.S.
The tension between North Korea and the US have escalated in recent days, with China and America struggling to negotiate with the North. In response to Americas recent deployment of missiles in Syria and the placement of a US Navy aircraft carrier near the Korean Peninsula, North Korea has threatened a nuclear strike against America. The rogue state has history of weapons testing and provocative actions, this recent escalation has many asking what is being done to solve this issue and how far could this go? 2ser was joined us on the line by Dr Tod Moore from the University of Newcastl to discuss this recent event.
